Lieke's Managing Partner Ville Vyyryläinen has over 15 years’ experience in advising clients in the Energy and Natural Resources Sector. Ville focuses on advising the firm’s clients in energy and infrastructure transactions as well as in demanding corporate matters.

Ville has extensive experience in providing legal advice to public sector where he focuses in particular on corporate law matters, commercial negotiations and strategic advice.

Ville co-heads Lieke’s dynamic Energy and Infrastructure practice focusing on offering clients the best expertise in the field. The team knows the regulation, procedures, and practices of the industry and has experience in the largest and most demanding projects in Finland.
