Victoria Bengochea is an Argentine lawyer specialized in corporate law, corporate governance & M&A, infrastructure and capital markets. She advised domestic and foreign clients in the design of corporate structures to channel foreign investments, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and strategic alliances.

Prior to founding MBP Partners, she worked as an Associate Lawyer at Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi Law Firm, Legal and Compliance Leader at Pampa Energía Group, and Legal & Compliance Manager at Grupo Puente.
Professional Memberships
Bengochea is a member of the Public Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires and of the Advisory Council for Legal Affairs of the Argentine Chamber of Corporations. She also leads the Pro-Bono area of the Law Firm, providing legal advice to more than 20 NGOs and entrepreneurs, with special focus in gender equality and diversity.
