Victor's practice focuses on transactional RE, acquisitions and dispositions (assets and share deals); RE finance; RE M&A deals; RE restructuring; RE funds, SOCIMI, RE investment and financing structures and vehicles, RE joint ventures; corporate RE services; leases, sale and leaseback transactions; planning and administrative approvals; RE development, construction and related services; RE energy, infrastructure, mining and environmental law (emissions trading, land contamination, environmental liabilities in acquisitions/financing, and sustainable real estate development).
