Vicente Bañuelos has more than 23 years of experience representing domestic and international clients in complex commercial, banking, financial, corporate, and business disputes. Throughout his career, he has acted in approximately 220 judicial proceedings and more than 30 arbitration cases, consistently securing favourable judgments and negotiated settlements for his clients.

He is the author of the book International Commercial Arbitration, published by Limusa, a widely recognised reference work in the field. Building on this publication, Vicente developed an open-access repository that serves as a valuable research resource for arbitration practitioners, academics, and students.

Most recently, Vicente contributed as a co-author to Arbitration in Mexico, published by Wolters Kluwer, further reinforcing his standing as a leading authority on arbitration law and practice.

His cross-border experience includes advising clients in proceedings before U.S. courts, including those in San Diego, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York, and New Jersey, involving complex disputes concerning Mexican companies and nationals.

In addition to his practice, Vicente is a frequent speaker at conferences and academic forums, delivering lectures on commercial procedural law and international arbitration in Mexico and Peru.
