Enrique Garza Tello has over 10 years of experience advising clients on energy, maritime, and environmental law. He holds a Law Degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey and an LL.M. in Energy and Natural Resources Law from Queen Mary University of London, where he also worked in the International Arbitration team, assisting in investment arbitration proceedings.

Enrique regularly advises oil & gas operators, drillers, and FPSO companies on regulatory, contractual, and compliance matters, including the first drillship to operate in Mexico. His experience also extends to hydrogen production and storage projects and other innovative energy initiatives.

His notable experience includes advising on the first pledge over a participating interest in an E&P contract in Mexico, providing regulatory advice for the country’s first drillship operation, contributing to landmark land-use regulatory reforms before the Ministry of Energy, and advising on major gas storage terminal and FPSO projects.
