Verity Kent

Verity is a senior associate in the Corporate practice in London. She qualified in October 2014 after completing her training contract with the Firm.

Verity has worked on a number of private and public corporate transactions, including M&A deals, private equity, joint ventures and admissions to AIM and the Main Market. Her experience includes advising clients in the oil and gas, mining, renewable energy, construction and tech sectors.

Verity has been seconded twice to the in-house legal department of Informa Group Plc, where she worked on M&A transactions and other general corporate matters, as well as assisting with the IP and other commercial aspects of the events and journals businesses.
