Her practice includes labour mappings, leave management, preparation, and review of regulations and internal policies. She also advises on migration issues, assists the elaboration of compensation plans for executives, supervises procedures related to the Public Ministry of Labour and the Special Secretariat for Social Security and Labour. Veridiana oversees the elaboration of programs to reduce labour liabilities, reviews provisions for labour liabilities, supports in adapting Human Resources routines and procedures to the General Data Protection Law, conducting lectures, and in-company training.
Veridiana is a University professor, a Speaker and lecturer invited by private institutions, unions, and professional bodies. She currently holds the position of Legal Director of the Brazilian Association of Human Resources for the estate of São Paulo.
She has a bachelor's degree and a specialization degree in Labour Law from Universidade São Francisco, a specialization in Social Security Law from Escola Paulista de Direito Social and a MBA in Corporate Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
