Career
Partner. She has more than 20 years of experience in the labour and social security areas, advisory and strategic litigation, judicial and administrative, particularly in labour compliance, legal audits, including corporate transactions, and union assistance. Her practice includes labour mappings, leave management, preparation, and review of regulations and internal policies. She also advises on migration issues, assists the elaboration of compensation plans for executives, supervises procedures related to the Public Ministry of Labour and the Special Secretariat for Social Security and Labour. Veridiana oversees the elaboration of programs to reduce labour liabilities, reviews provisions for labour liabilities, supports in adapting Human Resources routines and procedures to the General Data Protection Law, conducting lectures, and in-company training.
