1. Assisted General Atlanic in relation to drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalising the: (i) Share purchase

agreements entered into with Indian resident sellers and a non-resident seller; and (ii) All other transaction

documents with respect to the primary issuance. A limited top-up due diligence was also undertaken on Aiquire Inc.
