Valery Dayne García Zavala focuses her practice in antitrust, representing clients in mergers and investigations for possible absolute and relative monopolistic practices, as well as in preventive consulting with the goal of helping companies avoid violations of the Antitrust Law.
In addition, she has also represented clients from different sectors in administrative and litigation proceedings before the Mexican antitrust authorities: the Federal Antitrust Commission (COFECE) and the Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT).
Valery has broad experience in representing clients in administrative amparo proceedings, defending their interests before Federal Courts specialized in antitrust, broadcasting and telecommunications.
