Ury is a founding partner of Lott & Fischer. His practice is exclusively dedicated to patent, trademark, and copyright procurement, intellectual property litigation, licensing and transactional matters. Ury's patent procurement practice concentrates primarily in the areas of mechanical and electrical arts, software, medical devices, and designs. Ury has represented a diverse group of U.S. and foreign-based clients in patent, trademark, copyright and computer law litigation matters.

Ury is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Intellectual Property since 2007
