Received mediation training from the CPR International Institute for Dispute Resolution, and was named to the Panel of Distinguished Neutrals for the Resolution of Trademark Disputes, established by the Center for Public Resources/International Trademark Association (INTA). Specifically appointed by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois to its program for mediation of Lanham Act cases.
Board certified by the Florida Bar in Intellectual Property since 2007.
Elected to the Florida Bar Board of Governors, served from 2010-18. Appointed to the U.S. Department of Commerce United States Patent and Trademark Office Trademark Public Advisory Committee 2002 for a three-year term.
