Founding partner of Lott & Fischer. Firm practices exclusively in intellectual property, international and domestic, including patent protection, litigation and transactional work as well as trademarks, copyright, computer and Internet law, and domain names.

In addition, I have conducted over 100 intellectual property mediations in cases relating to trademark, trade dress, and patent infringement. Received mediation training from the CPR International Institute for Dispute Resolution, and was named to the Panel of Distinguished Neutrals for the Resolution of Trademark Disputes, established by the Center for Public Resources/International Trademark Association (INTA). Specifically appointed by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois to its program for mediation of Lanham Act cases.

Board certified by the Florida Bar in Intellectual Property since 2007.

Career

Elected to the Florida Bar Board of Governors, served from 2010-18. Appointed to the U.S. Department of Commerce United States Patent and Trademark Office Trademark Public Advisory Committee 2002 for a three-year term. Adjunct professor of Trademark Law at the University of Florida Levin College of Law 1999 and 2005
