Ugo is a partner specialised in ECM and DCM transactions and public M&A. He regularly assists major investment banks, financial institutions and corporates on a variety of capital markets transactions, including equity and equity-linked transactions (e.g., convertible and exchangeable bonds), right issues and various debt deals. He assists both issuers and underwriters and has considerable experience in advising listed companies in establishing their corporate governance structure.
