Triinu Hiob

Triinu Hiob heads the firm's dispute resolution team in Estonia and brings 20 years of experience in court litigation. She specialises in disputes related to insurance, employment, bankruptcy, real estate, and construction. Triinu has advised and represented a diverse range of domestic and international private companies, as well as state authorities, in complex disputes across all levels of the court system.

Triinu is highly regarded for her expertise in arbitration, both international and domestic. She has acted as counsel and/or arbitrator under various institutional arbitration rules, including those of the ICC, SCC, FAI, the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Estonian Insurance Arbitration Board. From July 2018 to June 2024, Triinu served two consecutive terms as Estonia’s representative on the ICC International Court of Arbitration. She also regularly serves as a conciliator for the Insurance Conciliation Body of the Estonian Insurance Association.
