Ulla Fabricius has, for many years, advised both national and international transport companies and insurance firms on all aspects of transport, shipping, and insurance.
As the author of a legal commentary on international road transport (CMR), Ulla Fabricius is an expert in international road transport. She deals with all aspects of road transport, including conflict resolution regarding driving and rest periods, cabotage, and the posting of drivers.
Ulla Fabricius has significant experience in drafting and negotiating complex logistics agreements and transport concepts. In this capacity, she participated in the drafting of Incoterms 2010, Incoterms 2020, and UCP 600, thus possessing in-depth knowledge of risk management in international trade relations. Ulla also authored the chapter on transport legislation in EU Karnov and contributed the chapter on freight agreements in the 2022 updated version of Karnov Business Law.
