Trevor advises fund promoters on structuring, establishing and listing investment funds in Ireland.
Trevor began his career in Chicago, where he worked for a number of investment banks, returning to Ireland in 1998 to help establish Société Générale in Ireland as deputy general manager. Before qualifying as a solicitor, he worked in the funds authorisation department of the Central Bank.
Trevor’s practice has focused on advising fund promoters on structuring, establishing, listing and maintaining UCITS and alternative investment funds in Ireland with a particular focus on structured UCITS, hedge funds, real estate and private equity funds.
