Practice Areas
Trent focuses his practice on the acquisition, leasing, financing, development and sale of retail, office and industrial properties. He represents brand name investors and private equity clients, big-box retailers, pubic companies, and sophisticated real estate developers. He has extensive experience negotiating build-to-suit leases, long term ground leases, and joint venture arrangements for real estate acquisitions. He also represents landlords and tenants with Class A office leases throughout the US.
Trent is leader of Womble Bond Dickinson's US Real Estate Practice Group and US Timberland and Agricultural Resources Team, having worked on several of the largest timberland transactions in the country.
