As Co-Chair of the firm's Class Action Defense and Chair of the National Securities Litigation Groups, Tracy has served as the lead lawyer in over three dozen derivative and securities class actions. She obtained one of the largest Rule 11 sanctions against plaintiffs and their counsel for filing a frivolous securities fraud case. She is also active in representing private companies and insurance companies in connection with post-acquisition disputes. She is a frequent lecturer at the state and national level on securities topics.
