Career

Tore Lerheim is the Chair, Partner, and a lawyer at Littler Norway. He specialises in employment law, pension law, and litigation, with additional expertise in contract law and private international law.

Lerheim has extensive experience representing clients before the ordinary courts and is admitted to the Supreme Court. He has functioned as counsel for a wide range of companies and has advised employees at all levels in both the private and public sectors. He has significant expertise in assisting senior executives and top management.

A highly regarded litigator, Lerheim represents employers, employees, and trade unions with exceptional skill, integrity, and a personal approach. He is also a certified and recognised mediator.
