Career

Einar Engh provides legal advice to a wide range of businesses across both the private and public sectors, as well as to private individuals. With 25 years of experience in employment and labour law, he is recognised as one of the country’s leading lawyers in this field in both national and international rankings. He has been admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court since 2008.

Engh has extensive litigation experience across all court levels and specialises in both individual and collective labour law, covering the full spectrum of employment and labour law matters. He has advised major Norwegian and international companies on investigations, downsizing, business transfers, reorganisations, and negotiations with trade unions.

Engh is recognised and highly valued for his extensive expertise.
