As an IP Adjudicator, Tony decided a significant trade mark matter involving two well-known watchmakers – Rolex, and Franck Mueller Group. He has also represented IIa Technologies, an industry leader in state-of-the-art lab grown diamond technology in a patent dispute at the Singapore Court of Appeal and Tanaka Electronics, a world-leading Japanese manufacturer of electronic components in a patent dispute at the Singapore High Court, amongst other high profile matters. Tony is commended for being a “fantastic strategist” and “formidable litigator” who renders “first class service and quality work”.
