Leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical devices companies benefit from Tony’s expertise and experience in patent, trade mark and copyright litigation. Tony was one of the select few IP practitioners appointed by the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) as an IP Adjudicator to adjucate disputes at IPOS for a two-year term from April 2019. As an IP Adjudicator, Tony decided a significant trade mark matter involving two well-known watchmakers – Rolex, and Franck Mueller Group. He is currently representing IIa Technologies, an industry leader in state-of-the-art lab grown diamond technology in a patent dispute at the Singapore Court of Appeal and Tanaka Electronics, a world-leading Japanese manufacturer of electronic components in a patent dispute at the Singapore High Court, amongst other high profile matters. Tony is commended for being a “fantastic strategist” and “formidable litigator” who renders “first class service and quality work”.
