Tomas is a Counsel at Ments and leads litigation, Media, and IP practise. For more than 18 years Tomáš has been specializing in litigation, legal matters concerning intellectual property, media, advertising, real estate and company law. Tomáš has represented prominent media clients in dozens of cases concerning protection of personality rights and protection of reputation and good name of legal entities. He is also specializing in defending clients against high-profile reputational attacks in online media outlets and social networks. He has broad experience in shareholders' disputes, as well as cases concerning the liability and remuneration of members of statutory bodies.
