Personal
Tomáš Doležil is the head of the JŠK’s M&A and Corporate practice and is personally involved in all key transactions. He maintains direct availability to clients and senior executives throughout the lifecycle of each matter, ensuring strategic oversight as well as hands-on execution. His approach is consistent across mandates — he brings the same level of commitment to complex cross-border transactions as to strategically important domestic deals.
He advises a broad spectrum of clients, including multinational hi-tech companies, IT market leaders, traditional manufacturing groups, private equity and venture capital funds, asset managers, distributors, and companies in niche industrial sectors. This diversity of mandates reflects both his technical versatility and the strong confidence placed in him by the market.
Tomáš holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law, an LL.M. Eur. in European Law, and a Ph.D. from the University of Economics. His academic background, combined with long-standing transactional experience, enables him to provide commercially focused and strategically sound advice.
He became a partner at JŠK in 2014, following 15 years at leading international law firms Linklaters and Clifford Chance (where he served as Counsel). Over the course of his career, he has advised on more than 200 M&A transactions at international, regional, and domestic levels, representing strategic investors, founders, private equity funds, and management teams.
In addition to his transactional work, Tomáš regularly organizes expert seminars addressing current market and regulatory developments and is a frequent speaker at professional conferences and workshops in the Czech Republic and abroad. His visibility and engagement in the professional community further reinforce his standing in the market.
