Mr. Di Ció is a member of the Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions Department of Allende & Brea. He advises clients in general day-to-day corporate law matters and commercial agreements, focusing his practice on mergers and acquisitions transactions as well as corporate reorganizations.
He joined Allende & Brea in 2011 and became a partner in 2021. Between 2015 and 2016 he worked at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP law firm in New York, being admitted to practice in the State of New York, after which he rejoined Allende & Brea.
Mr. Di Ció graduated magna cum laude from Universidad Católica Argentina in 2011. In May 2015 he obtained a Master of Laws degree at Columbia University in the City of New York, and was named a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar. He is a member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
