Representation of one of the largest Slovak banks in a dispute concerning the determination of the validity of a claim amounting to more than EUR 166 million;

Representation of the claimant ČEZ Slovensko in damages claim exceeding EUR 20 million, arising from a breach of the obligation to purchase electricity;

Representation of the claimant Železničná spoločnosť Cargo Slovakia in proceedings reviewing the lawfulness of the procedure and decision of the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic, by which a fine exceeding EUR 10 million was imposed;

Representation of the respondent in international arbitration proceedings concerning the payment of more than EUR 33 million based on contractual claims arising from a share purchase agreement;

Representation of a defendant company in a dispute for unjust enrichment, in which the insolvency administrator seeks compensation for the alleged unauthorized use of an electrical substation;

Legal representation of the claimant FORESPO TT in a dispute to determine the legal basis, amount, enforceability, and order of a claimed debt of more than 7 million euro;

Legal representation of WOAL, defendant, in proceedings to determine the invalidity of legal acts and to establish property rights of real estate valued at more than 50 million euro;

Representation of the claimant in proceedings for judicial review of an administrative decision concerning the unlawfulness of a decision of a public authority and alleged violations of law in the administration of taxes, with the disputed amount exceeding EUR 5 million.
