Legal representation of clients in the complex proceedings of the highly publicized Carlton case, encompassing a complex array of over 50 judicial, administrative, and criminal proceedings, with the most significant cases exceeding a combined value of EUR 200 million;

Legal representation of Západoslovenská distribučná and Východoslovenská distribučná as defendants in several disputes where the claimants, electricity producers, demanded reimbursement for distribution system access fees (C-component), with a cumulative value of several tens of millions of EUR;

Legal representation of the complainant REDQUEST LIMITED in proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights for violation of the right to a fair trial in connection with the annulment of final decisions based on an extraordinary appeal (value of the dispute more than 9 million EUR) and in related court proceedings before the courts of the Slovak Republic;

Representation of the defendant in international arbitration proceedings regarding the payment of more than EUR 31 million based on contractual claims arising from a share purchase agreement;

(a state-owned company operating in freight rail transport with a dominant, approximately 80% market share in the Slovak Republic) and (2) Železničná spoločnosť Slovensko, a.s. (one of the two companies providing passenger rail transport in Slovakia) in damages proceedings amounting to approximately EUR 90 million;

Legal representation of the claimant in proceedings against Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (operator of the Facebook social network) and Google Ireland Limited (operator of the YouTube social network), seeking the removal of defamatory statements published on Facebook and YouTube, as well as the prevention of the authors of such statements from posting further content on their accounts.
