Tom Merrick

I am a Managing Associate in the Real Estate team having joined the firm in 2016. I have extensive experience in acting for a diverse range of clients, including large corporate occupiers and institutional investors, in all aspects of real estate transactions with particular focus on corporate occupier and head office moves, asset management, commercial acquisitions and disposals, retail and leisure and real estate finance.

I strive to be trusted advisor for my clients and give clear, creative, and commercial advice to help them achieve their goals in a collaborative, cost-effective and efficient manner.

Tom's main interests outside of work include sport (in particular rugby, football, and walking), travelling, eating out, and spending time with his family and friends.
