He is recognised by clients as a proactive and responsive lead lawyer, with a track record of driving high profile deals to a successful conclusion within tight and challenging timetables. Tom leads our UK residential development team (30 lawyers across our London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen offices), providing advice across all stages of the planning promotion, site assembly, development and sales process, with a particular focus on large scale, complex urban settlements.
