Toby Yerburgh

Toby is the Head of our Family team. He advises on all areas of private family law including financial applications, separation agreements, judicial separations, contested and non-contested divorces, jurisdiction disputes, injunctions and applications relating to children. He has particular expertise in prenuptial agreements.

Toby represents a wide variety of clients including musicians, entrepreneurs, business people and professionals. He has significant experience in dealing with cases involving an international element and has contacts with overseas lawyers in many jurisdictions.

Toby is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers. He sat on the Resolution’s Standard Committee for many years.

Toby is the author of Resolution’s guidance on Access by the Media to Private Hearings, lectures on family law and co-authored Resolution’s updated Code of Practice.

Advising an ultra high net worth client on a pre-nuptial agreement and ensuring both parties walked away happy with the agreement and content with the future certainty it sought to create.
