This team has a sophisticated understanding of offshore trust structures and specific jurisdictions such as Switzerland, the United States, Russia and the Middle East. The Geneva office provides the platform for much of the team’s international work.

The team is a leader in this field having been involved in high-profile defamation and privacy claims, including acting for over 200 clients with claims arising from the Leveson inquiry and the phone hacking scandal. The team has represented prominent figures including David Tennant and Eddie Irvine, as well as MPs, artists and musicians. It also handles disputes relating to harassment and cyber-stalking.
This team provides practical and commercial advice on the wide range of immigration issues relevant to businesses and individuals wishing to move to the UK. This includes Tier 1 visas (including Investor and Entrepreneur visas), and Tier 2 visas.
