Tina Wüstemann

Tina Wüstemann co-heads the private client team. She advises Swiss and foreign private clients, executives as well as entrepreneurs regarding complex estate and succession planning matters including trusts, prenuptial agreements, wills and relocations to Switzerland. Tina Wüstemann also advises charitable foundations and represents clients in contentious trust and estate matters as well as the administration of large international estates.

Tina Wüstemann publishes regularly and frequently lectures on trust and estate matters in Switzerland and abroad. She serves as board member in several international charitable organizations, as member of the advisory board of the Department of Economics, University of Zurich and as board member of the ETH Zurich Foundation.

In Chambers and Partners HNW Guide 2024, Tina Wüstemann is listed in Tier 1 for Private Wealth Law. Legal 500 names Tina for the last ten years as leading individual in Private Clients in Switzerland. She has further been awarded by Who's Who Legal as Private Client Lawyer of the Year 2019 (Switzerland) and is listed as Thought Leader in Global Elite 2024 (Private Client). The STEP Private Clients Awards recognized Tina Wüstemann 2022 as "Trusted Advisor of the Year". She won the Europe Women in Business Law Award 2022 as 'Best in trusts & estates', marking the sixth time she has received this recognition following 2021, 2020, 2019, 2017 and 2014. In 2021 and 2018 Tina was recognized by Citywealth as Women of the Year.
