Practice Areas
Tina succeeded Peter Doyle as Chief Executive on 1 January 2024. She has long been recognised as one of the UKs leading employment lawyers and is ranked in the top tier of The Legal 500 and Chambers guides to the UK Legal Profession.
Prior to taking up the role of Chief Executive, Tina split her time between leading the firm’s Thames Valley office and advising predominantly corporate clients, on a wide range of employment law issues. As Chief Executive she plays a central role in setting the company’s direction and vision and, along with the Board, oversees the continued expansion of the firm which now offers a wide range of workplace law services.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Tina served as a Captain in the British Army, specialising in human resources and change management. This provided valuable experience in motivating teams and a practical understanding of the day-to-day pressures and challenges her clients regularly deal with.
Tina believes that prioritising the people she works alongside and fostering a team spirit and an inclusive culture is key to success.
