Tina advises on all aspects of labour and employment law, but her main focus areas include advising Danish and international companies in connection with business transfers, reorganisations and large-scale redundancies as well as negotiating employment terms and incentive schemes for executives and other key employees.
She praises herself by being extremely pragmatic and delivers "hands-on" advice to her clients.
She is one of only 4 lawyers appointed by the Ministry of Employment to act as judge in the Danish Labour Court. She also has extensive experience in litigation and has represented a great number of employers in the Danish courts.
Tina collaborates internationally with leading foreign employment and labour specialists and has a tremendously strong international network.
