From the beginning of his career Tin focused on top level corporate transactions. He often advises banks and financial institutions due to his experience in structured lending and investment projects.
He is also active in company reorganization and debt restructuring, which is an important niche in the Croatian market. Alongside Josip Madirazza, he was involved in a number of high-profile restructuring projects since 2012, and is today regarded as one of the up-and-coming experts in this field. He is currently in the law firm’s team advising major international stakeholders in the largest restructuring case in Croatia to date under the recently enacted Extraordinary Administration Act.
Commercial arbitration is one of his key areas of expertise, and he has represented foreign and domestic clients in a number of complex arbitration cases, ranging from investment disputes to real estate development.

Tin Težak has been working at MADIRAZZA & PARTNERS since 2007, after completing his LL.M. in international business law in the Netherlands and Hungary. Tin passed the bar exam in 2008, became a fully qualified attorney in 2010 and a partner in 2014.
