The firm provides legal assistance in relation to acquisition and development of commercial and residential properties, which includes verification of ownership titles, examining encumbrances and real rights affecting the real estate and preparing due diligence reports on the real estate status. The firm has been engaged in motorway construction project since 1998 (e.g. Motorway Zagreb-Bregana-Dubrovnik, Motorway Zagreb- Macelj, Istrian motorway, Sarajevo bypass motorway, construction of Pelješac bridge), as well as in airport construction and operation (Zagreb Airport concession). The firm was also engaged in the preparation of the construction of the regional Waste management centre for northwest Croatia (“Piskornica”), and LNG terminal on the island of KRK. The firm provides legal services in relation to the performance of the contracts for the construction of the waste treatment plants in Rijeka (Marišćina Project), Istria (Kaštijun Project), and the City of Zagreb.
