Timothy W Levin

Timothy Levin is the deputy leader of the investment management practice at Morgan Lewis. With a focus on investment advisers and other financial services firms, he counsels clients on the design, development, and management of pooled investment vehicles and investment advisory programs. He also advises fund managers in connection with organization, registration, and ongoing regulatory compliance. Additionally, he represents managers and sponsors of unregistered pooled investment vehicles. Timothy currently serves as the managing partner of the firm’s Philadelphia office.
