TIM TREANOR, global co-leader of Sidley Austin’s White Collar Criminal Defense and Investigations practice group, is a former federal prosecutor who brings a practical, problem-solving approach and more than twenty-five years of experience as a criminal practitioner to representing companies and individuals in investigations, enforcement actions and prosecutions conducted by various federal and state government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other financial industry regulators.
