Tim’s real estate experience is wide-ranging, encompassing commercial and residential landlord and tenant, real property, service charges, development disputes, agriculture and rural affairs. He has particular expertise in relation to land registration, restrictive covenants, overage, rights of way and drainage, rights of light, trusts of land, proprietary estoppel, party walls and the rights and obligations relating to tidal and non-tidal rivers.
