Timothy P. Matthews

Timothy Matthews is a partner in the energy practice at Morgan Lewis. With a background in the nuclear power industry, Tim represents and counsels electric utilities, nuclear industry suppliers, and other licensees before the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the Department of Labor, and other regulatory agencies, and in US federal courts. He counsels clients in investigations, discrimination allegations, and regulatory compliance matters.
