Tim Webb is a leading real estate partner, recognised for his authority, strategic judgement, and commercial clarity on large, complex transactions. Trusted advisor to C-Suite, Boards and Investment Committees, his ability to distil complexity into clear, actionable decisions is repeatedly highlighted by clients.

He is relationship partner to a high-calibre client base including Avanton, European Estates Plc, Patrizia, Highbridge Properties Plc, Packaged Living, Stoneweg, Caisson iO, Watkin Jones Plc and Bentry Capital (new 2025).

Tim is a major force in Build-to-Rent (BTR), Single-Family Rental (SFR), and residential-led regeneration. He leads some of the sector’s most structurally complex schemes including: £920m+ Old Kent Road regeneration for Avanton, Patrizia’s £350m BTR platform, a 1000 home scheme for European Estates, and the £1bn+ SFR institutional housing JV for Packaged Living/Aviva.

Extensive global experience (including prior role as quasi-General Counsel for Hines Global REIT, overseeing all non-US real estate investment activity) enables Tim to bring a rare combination of strategic, technical, and operational insight to multi-jurisdictional mandates.

His sector leadership is underpinned by senior roles at previous firms, including Chair of London Real Estate, Co-Chair of International Real Estate (Greenberg Traurig), and Head of International Real Estate (Eversheds). Distinctive strengths include:

• Strategic adviser to Boards and Investment Committees on governance, capital deployment, and risk framework

• Leadership of large, multi-phase and multi-jurisdictional transactions requiring deep technical coordination

• Recognised authority in BTR, SFR, regeneration and institutional residential platforms
