Tim is a senior partner specialising in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, investment and joint ventures across a variety of sectors, including financial services, energy, infrastructure, aged care and technology. He acts for domestic and international corporates and financial sponsors, leading cross-disciplinary teams on major buy-side and sell-side mandates. Known for finding solutions and getting deals done, Tim is often called upon by international clients to advise on investment matters, including navigating the Overseas Investment Office approval regime.
