Hamish Bolland

Hamish is a major projects specialist. He leads Chapman Tripp’s Construction & Major Projects practice and co-leads our Infrastructure Sector Group.

Hamish's experience covers a variety of sectors, including infrastructure, energy and natural resources, health, airports, ports, manufacturing, water, tourism and commercial. He acts for government entities, project sponsors, lenders, developers, contractors and consultants on all stages of a project, including procurement strategy, funding and financing, tendering and probity, contract drafting and negotiation, contract administration, and dispute avoidance and resolution. A significant amount of his experience involves project finance transactions.
