Tim is a partner in the Corporate & Commercial department and has over 25 years of experience working with business owners and leaders.

Known for providing first-rate legal advice in a timely manner, Tim is a commercially minded lawyer who has wide-ranging expertise and an in-depth understanding of UK and international transactions.

With a broad client base, Tim represents a wide range of UK and international businesses and investors in connection with mergers & acquisitions, divestures, private equity, joint ventures and transactions involving the transfer of real estate and/or intellectual property.

Tim has significant experience supporting clients from start-up, through investment rounds to exit. Much of that experience relates to businesses with IT and/or new technologies focussed on a green agenda.

Tim maintains close relationships with legal and financial firms in the UK and more widely around the globe, and acts as trusted outside counsel to numerous businesses, family offices and individual investors.
