A highly experienced corporate solicitor in the South East, she advises UK and international clients on all aspects of business ownership, growth and succession planning. She works closely with owner-managers, MBO teams and corporate acquirers and investors, providing practical, commercially focused solutions. Accredited by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, Karen has acted on award-winning transactions and regularly supports start-ups and growing businesses.
With nearly 30 years of experience, Karen delivers expert legal advice across the full spectrum of corporate law. Her work includes:

• Corporate restructuring, demergers and reorganisations

Karen has acted as lead legal adviser on numerous high-value and often complex transactions, predominantly for SMBs and sales to the Mid-Market. She has guided clients through management buy-outs, cross-border acquisitions and strategic bolt-on acquisitions. Notably, she advised on two transactions that won Insider Deal of the Year, and continues to support high-growth businesses securing funding rounds and scaling through acquisition.
