About

Practice Areas
Tim Prudhoe, is focused solely on dispute work, including contentious insolvency. He works from a TCI base, delivering representation around the Caribbean Region and often well beyond that. He has 20+ years of experience in TCI itself and where is a naturalised citizen. His practice is known to involve complex financial and fiduciary representations, often adverse to various governments both onshore and offshore. He is the only TCI practising lawyer also to be a licensed Insolvency Practitioner (TCI), reflecting his depth of experience in that specific area of work. He regularly provides expert testimony (written and oral testimony) for use in onshore proceedings on company law, insolvency and directors’ duties issues. Strategy is a key component of Tim representations and if a dispute can be avoided or at least ended quickly then then he considers that very much a success for the client. He provides English work via 3 Hare Court Chambers.
