Prudhoe Caribbean is a unique law firm in the Caribbean-wide context. From a Turks & Caicos Islands based we target complex, high-value and usually cross-border disputes work at both trial and appellate level. Our clients are regularly full-service law firms that have specific litigation needs for their own valued corporate or HNWI clients.

The firm was founded in 2018 on the simple basis that onshore clients and other law firms expect onshore timing in the delivery of integrated legal solutions. Known to take on sensitive representations, Prudhoe Caribbean is often adverse to governments and governmental agencies. We provide expert evidence (both consulting and testifying) for onshore court proceedings where those proceedings have offshore aspects.
