Stanbrook Prudhoe

Both Principals of the firm have a training and practice background of London, England. Sophie Stanbrook is City trained, where she practices for a number of years as an English solicitor. Her practice continues to involve upscale real estate development; as well as transactional work involving complex deal structuring. Sophie is admitted and practises elsewhere in the Caribbean Region. Tim Prudhoe trained at the specialist London Bar, and where he maintains close links via a Privy Council practice. In addition to the English Bar, Tim is admitted and appears in court in jurisdictions from Guyana and Belize in South and Central America respectively to Bermuda (where Tim was based for a number of years). Although in a different - usually contentious - context, like Sophie, Tim has a long history of working in the context of complex structuring. Tim is active in insolvency and trusts litigation, and which is very often cross-border.

The firm has been designed around the "onshore quality and attitude to delivery, but offshore" concept. Carefully managed growth reflects its level of ongoing success.
