Tim advises both UK-based and international individuals on the management of their wealth and personal affairs, with a particular focus on tax and estate planning. He also works with lawyers, trustees and trust companies in a wide range of foreign jurisdictions on behalf of their clients. Tim also specialises in advising on tax issues that arise in the course of litigation, in particular trust and estate disputes.

Career

Tim is a partner in our Tax & Trusts team and works in both our Salisbury and London offices. He joined Wilsons as a trainee in 2006, after he graduated from Southampton University and studied for a Masters in Law at Bristol University.

Professional Memberships

Tim was twice previously named as one of the Top 35 Under 35 Private Client Practitioners in the UK, and has updated two chapters of a leading textbook on the administration of trusts. He is a member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and has qualified for the STEP Advanced Certificate in UK Tax for International Clients.
