Penelope is a senior associate in our Probate & Estate Administration team, having joined Wilsons in October 2025.
She studied zoology at University College, London, followed by a Masters in Law at Bristol University before completing her LPC at the College of Law, York. She has previously worked in a major regional firm and a couple of smaller firms in the south west and Milton Keynes. - The administration of both taxable and non-taxable estates;
- Providing advice where claims for Agricultural Relief and/or Business Property Relief are to be made;
- Advising in respect of income tax and capital gains tax during the administration period of an estate, including the use of deeds of appropriation where appropriate;
- Advising on intestate or partially intestate estates;
- Arranging the resealing of UK Grants in other jurisdictions;
- Arranging the resealing of Colonial Grants in England;
- Preparing Deeds of Variation;
