Thomas Oja has been working in employment-based immigration law, initially as a paralegal and now as an attorney, for over 10 years. He has experience in non-immigrant visa petitions including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1A, and E-2. He spends most of his time these days helping manage the firm’s “PERM-exempt” pipeline of NIW and EB-1 cases. He has effectively responded to many USCIS Requests for Evidence (“RFEs”) and has had success in appealing to the USCIS Administrative Appeals Office.
