Thomas Lambard advises and represents companies and their managers before civil and commercial courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings.
Thomas has a strong experience in post-M&A disputes, disputes between shareholders, internet related litigation and of course general commercial litigation. He has also developed a strong experience in the field of trust litigation (including parallel proceedings in France and in offshore jurisdictions) and is also regularly working for investment funds and operators in the real estate sector.
He has in-depth knowledge of several business sectors, including mass distribution, TMT, aeronautics, agri-food, and hospitality.
Thomas Lambard is admitted to the Paris Bar. He worked in the Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group at Clifford Chance for nearly ten years before founding, along with Jean-Pierre Grandjean and Marguerite Aynès, Grandjean Avocats law firm.
He holds a post-graduate degree (DEA) in International Business Law from Paris I – La Sorbonne and an LLM from King’s College London.
Thomas teaches on Litigation Strategy at SciencesPo (post-graduate degree program in Economic Law – Litigation) and a seminar on Law of Evidence at Paris I – La Sorbonne.
He is an active member of Paris Place de Droit, and of the International Trade Commission of ICC France.
